Opgericht vanuit de behoefte om ECD omgevingen niet langer vanuit een Prince-2 aanpak te blijven implementeren. Volgens de zorgmedewerkers en cli\u00ebnten stonden hierdoor <span style=\"color: #fa961e;\">hun vraagstukken niet centraal<\/span>. Of te wel d\u00e9 oplossing, de standaard inrichting, was er al maar hun probleem moest nog ontdekt worden. <span style=\"color: #fa961e;\">Zou dat juist niet andersom moeten Robert?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Design thinking<\/strong> is een mensgerichte benadering voor het exploreren, vinden en ontwikkelen van oplossingen voor (complexe) vraagstukken. Legt de nadruk op empathie, experimenteren en creativiteit. Het bijbehorende proces heeft Robert ingezet om een breed scala aan (complexe) vraagstukken gezamenlijk te doorgronden: ontwikkelen van woon-\/dagbestedingsconcepten, strategie &amp; visie, inrichten ECD omgevingen, verbeteren van organisatieprocessen, <span style=\"color: #fa961e;\">Lean Innovatie<\/span> en adoptie digitale transformatie. Opleiden van designteams in creatief denken was\/is inclusief.<\/p>\n<p>In de afgelopen 15 jaar heeft Robert deze werkwijze binnen de langdurige zorg (VG, GGZ, Jeugd- en Ouderenzorg), gemeenten en de overheid (VWS) ingezet.<\/p>\n<p>Nieuwsgierig? Maar geregeld was het nieuwe product, of services, ook moeilijk te implementeren binnen het business ecosystem van organisaties. Waarom was dat? Tijd voor diepgaande research binnen de brede Agile wereld. Deze vaardigheid \u2018<strong>creative problem-solving<\/strong>\u2019 kun je wel leren en oefenen. Als individu maar liever met je gehele (innovatie)team met een actueel vraagstuk.<\/p>\n<p>Teamleden leer ik een open en nieuwsgierige mentaliteit te adopteren. Zich te gaan houden aan een systematisch, <strong>herhaalbaar<\/strong>, innovatieproces zoals &#8211; <span style=\"color: #fa961e;\">SHAPING NEW TOMORROW<\/span> &#8211; om daarmee zelfs de meest ondoorgrondelijke vraagstukken op te lossen. Resultaat? Hoe meer onderzekerheid, hoe meer ze dan op hun best zijn en, al explorerend, komen met unieke oplossingen.<\/p>\n<p>Welke zes elkaar versterkende benaderingen liggen hieraan ten grondslag?
